1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at elitedetail805.com or using our mobile auto detailing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Elite Detail 805.

2. Services Description

Elite Detail 805 provides mobile auto detailing services in Ventura County and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to: exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, headlight restoration, and maintenance plans. All services are performed at your location using our professional equipment and products.

3. Booking and Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Without a deposit, your slot may be released to the next client.
• Deposits for services under $500 are $50. Deposits for services $500 or more are 50% of the total service cost.
• Deposits are applied toward your total balance and are non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
• Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of these terms and our service policies.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Same-day changes will result in a $50 fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
• Missed appointments without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may require a non-refundable deposit for all future bookings.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions for the safety of our team and your vehicle.

5. Vehicle Preparation

• Please remove all personal belongings such as bags, car seats, clothing, and toys before your appointment.
• Significant items left inside may result in a $30 handling fee.
• Vehicles must be unlocked with keys accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
• If we are unable to access the vehicle, the appointment may be forfeited.
• Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location with enough space to fully open all doors.

6. Payment Terms

• Remaining balances must be paid in full at the completion of service, before the vehicle is released.
• We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash, and credit/debit cards through our online payment system.
• All quotes are based on the vehicle's size and condition as described at booking.
• Excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or additional labor may result in adjusted pricing. We will notify you of any price adjustments before proceeding.
• Tips are appreciated but never expected. 100% of tips go directly to your detailer.

7. Service Limitations

Detailing is a cosmetic service, not a mechanical repair. Please understand that:

• We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or defects, though we always aim for the best possible results.
• Some pre-existing issues such as scratches, dents, stains, or fragile trim/panels may become more noticeable or react during the detailing process.
• Results depend on the initial condition of the vehicle and may vary.
• Ceramic coating results and durability depend on vehicle condition, prep work, and ongoing maintenance.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

• We take great care with every vehicle, but Elite Detail 805 cannot be held responsible for prior damage or pre-existing conditions.
• All products used are professional-grade and safe for automotive surfaces when applied correctly.
• Elite Detail 805 is not liable for issues caused by prior detailing, improper maintenance, or aftermarket modifications.
• We do not guarantee scratch, chip, or damage prevention with any service including ceramic coating.
• Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Ceramic Coating Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required for all ceramic coating appointments to cover prep time, materials, and scheduling.
• The first 7 days after application are critical. Avoid washing the vehicle, exposure to sprinklers, or harsh conditions during the curing period.
• Regular maintenance and safe wash methods are required to maintain warranty coverage.
• Improper care may shorten the life of the coating and void any warranty.

10. VIP Maintenance Plans

• VIP Maintenance Plans operate on a set service cycle, not on weather-perfect days.
• In the event of rain or unsafe conditions, visits may be rescheduled to the next available date to maintain quality.
• Billing remains tied to the scheduled service cycle, even if a visit is rescheduled due to weather.
• The full maintenance service is always completed at the rescheduled visit with no loss of services.

11. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Elite Detail 805 and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ventura County, California.

14. Changes to Terms
